Your Confidential Intake Meeting

Unfortunately, most parents aren't aware that if a person with a disability is left more than $2,000 in countable resources, they will lose eligibility for most needs-based government benefits, such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid.

To schedule a confidential intake meeting to learn how to secure the financial future of your son, daughter or other family member, please call Diann Jones directly. She will be happy to personally take your call at (302) 449-5556. Diann does not charge any fees for intake meetings to help fellow parents plan for a lifetime of quality care and person-centered supports for their children.

During your two-hour initial intake meeting, Diann Jones will (1) answer any questions you may have about her or the advocacy she provides to the community, (2) discuss your specific goals and objectives, (3) explore the current financial and legal strategies you are employing, (4) outline specific ways she can help you plan for the future of your child with special planning needs, and (5) review other ways she can be a resource to you and your family.

Meetings are conducted in Diann's office in Middletown, Delaware, where she has access to all of her resources to make the best use of your time together. It is important for both parents in a two-parent household to attend this meeting, so they may lend their individualized perspective on their child's current abilities and opportunities for the future.

Once you have scheduled your intake meeting, the password to the "Intake Forms" section of this web site will be provided to you. You will then have access to everything you'll need to prepare and gather prior to your confidential intake meeting.
